FooQai, Inc. Hardware Policy

Effective Date: July 21, 2025

This Hardware Policy governs the purchase and use of PlateScan™ hardware provided by FooQai, Inc. (“FooQai,” “we,” or “us”). Hardware sales are distinct from FooQai’s SaaS subscription service, which is separately governed by our [Terms of Service] and [Privacy Policy].

1. Payment Terms
Full payment required before shipping. Processed via Square or other approved methods.

2. Shipping & Delivery
Risk of loss transfer at delivery.

3. Warranty
12-month limited warranty against material defects. Excludes misuse, modifications, accidents, normal wear/tear.

4. Returns & Restocking
Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery in original condition. Buyers pays return shipping. 50% restocking fee applies. FooQai reserves the right to reject hardware that fails inspection.

5. Software & SaaS Disclaimer
Hardware purchase does not include software rights. PlateScan SaaS requires an active subscription under FooQai [Terms of Service].

6. Liability

FooQai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability capped at the hardware purchase price.

7. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
