  • Billing and shipping address

  • Job title and company affiliation (if applicable)

b.) Automatically Collected Data

  • Device information (browser type, operating system, IP address)

  • Usage data (logins, access times, feature usage, session length)

  • Diagnostic and analytics data

c.) Image and Sensor Data

  • PlateScan collects image and sensor data from deployed hardware devices in kitchens or food service areas. All such data, including metadata, image captures, and AI-generated outputs, are owned by FooQai.

d.) Cookies and Tracking Technologies

  • We use cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies to track activity on our platform and improve performance.

 

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and support the PlateScan Services

  • Improve and optimize performance, accuracy, and analytics

  • Train and refine AI models and machine learning algorithms

  • Monitor and enforce compliance with our Terms of Service

  • Prevent fraud, security threats, or misuse

Image and analytics data collected by PlateScan or any other Service provided by FooQai LLC, may be retained indefinitely for model training, performance benchmarking, and historical analysis.

  • Correct inaccurate personal information
