  • 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST 

  • Monday through Friday (excluding US holidays) 

Response Time 

  • All support inquiries receive a response within 24 hours during operating hours. 

Coverage

  • SLA commitments apply globally, including customers in the US, UK, and EU. 

Uptime Commitment 

  • FooQai targets 99.9% service availability per calendar month (excluding scheduled maintenance).
